What appears on my Credit Card statement?
To protect your privacy the words “Phillips Global Trading Ltd” will appear on your statement. This is often shown as “PHILLIPS GLOBAL TR EDMUNDS GB”.
Why don’t you include an invoice with the goods?
All our invoices are electronic. A copy is emailed to you when you complete your order and is also available to view in your account section on the website. We don’t include them with the goods in case you wish to have them delivered to a friend or loved one as a present.
Can I place an order and have them sent direct to someone else, as a present?
Yes. Simply enter a different delivery address when you checkout. There are no prices on the dispatch note sent with the goods so your generosity will be kept a secret!
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Yes, we cater for customers throughout Europe and the rest of the world.
I live outside the EU, do you take off the VAT if I order?
If you live outside the EU the VAT at the current rate will be deducted during the checkout process. Once you become a registered customer, and as long as you’ve signed in to the site and completed your address details so that we know where you are, all the prices shown will not include VAT.
How can I be sure to get my size right?
Each product has it’s own sizing chart. To help you decide which size is right for you click on the SIZE GUIDE tab for that product. If you are between sizes it’s always best to go for the bigger of the two (unless stated otherwise on the product information).
